Tired of breaking your Eyeglasses? Switch to Contact Lenses!
There are plenty of reasons to be frustrated with trying to deal with the nuisance of having to wear eyeglasses. The main argument against eyeglasses is that they always fall off the person’s head and somehow always end up being stepped on and needing to be replaced. Some people just can’t seem to keep a pair of eyeglasses intact for longer than a three month period. If they play sports then this figurative time period is reduced substantially.
People are changing from eyeglasses to contact lenses at a rapid pace. There are plenty of good reasons that support this decision. For example, some contacts can offer better vision (especially in stronger prescriptions) and in general all contact lenses provide better peripheral vision. Other advantages include the fact that some contacts can be worn overnight so early morning visions is clearer and you don’t need to aimlessly wander around looking for your glasses. You can also wear your favorite sunglasses since you don’t rely on them to correct your vision problems. For sports enthusiasts, switching to contacts is really a no-brainer as playing any sport, and especially any contact sport, with a pair of glasses is a very difficult and annoying task.
The only drawback with switching to a pair of contacts is that you will initially go through an adjustment period that may seem difficult. Once you get used to inserting and removing your contacts you just need to familiarize yourself with the cleaning procedures you will need to go through on a weekly basis. Keep in mind that it’s important to have the right solutions to clean your contacts in order to avoid contracting any eye infections. After a few weeks with your contact lenses you will become more comfortable and will wonder how on Earth you used to wear eyeglasses in the past.
