What is your daily diet like these days, are you one of those individuals who’ve adopted a very strict eating regime, or are you one of the many who basically eat anything that’s there? Not only does it taste fantastic (try it yourself and see), it is full of good protein. I prefer to drink it in the morning but you can have it anytime of the day. Health supplements these days are just crammed with everything good for you that the body needs but doesn’t always get from food, but nothing that is bad for you. You can be sure that the dreaded four of salt, sugar, saturated fats and cholesterol aren’t there because our diets contain too much of these already.
